1. Digital Content & Online Courses

• Instant Delivery: All digital courses, recorded clips, and downloadable course guides (PDFs) are delivered and automatically unlocked instantly the moment a successful payment transaction finishes securely on the website.
• Digital content does not require any physical shipping. The course will automatically appear under the (My Courses) tab on your profile workspace.

2. Physical Books & Printed Materials Shipping

With regard to any accredited physical hard-copies, books, and study binders ordered through our library requiring postal or courier delivery:

• Shipping Geofence: We provide door-to-door delivery services across all regions and governorates covering the Arab Republic of Egypt (and any additional countries explicitly listed during checkout processes).
• Processing Times: Physical book orders are gathered, verified, and thoroughly packed within (24 to 48 working hours) closely following successful order submission, then passed onto our partnered fulfillment shipping agencies.
• Delivery Timelines: Typical domestic shipping delivery spans anywhere from (2 - 5 business days) strictly depending on your exact postal code and governorate. You must immediately inform customer service natively if a package falls significantly behind its scheduled deadline.
• The enrolled student inherently receives an exact update (Email / WhatsApp / App Notification) carrying live status details and tracking parameters when available.
